How can I import Windows 11/10 contacts in iDevice Manager?


  1. If the iDevice Manager is not yet installed, you can download the program here.
  2. Start the iDevice Manager and click in the left menu "Contacts".
  3. A USB cable connection between PC and iPhone is not needed.
  4. When you open it for the first time, an instruction view will be shown. That will disappear after the Windows 11/10 contacts have been imported.
  5. Select the sub-item "Windows Contacts" in the upper menu Import.
  6. If you use a Microsoft account, please confirm the access request.
  7. Afterwards the Windows contacts are displayed in the iDevice Manager immediately.
  8. The Windows contacts become the first and last name, main email address and the main telephone number. Usually this is the mobile number.

How can I transfer Windows 11/10 contacts to iPhone?


  1. Before Windows contacts can be synchronized with the iPhone, they must be imported. Read the previous section.
  2. The iDevice Manager can transfer individual, multiple or all contacts.
  3. Simply mark the contacts that should be transferred to the iPhone.
  4. To mark different Windows 11/10 contacts, press and hold the Ctrl key and click with the mouse on the desired contacts.
  5. Release the Ctrl key, if the contacts are selected and ready for transfer.
  6. A window "WiFi connection with iManager App" appears.

  7. Start the costless iManager app on your iPhone. You can find this app in the Apple AppStore.
  8. Scan the displayed QR code with the app, whereupon the iDevice Manager connects to the iManager app via WiFi.
  9. As soon as the connection has been established, the transfer of Windows 11 or Windows 10 contacts starts automatically.
  10. When using it for the first time, a security question appears on the iPhone in order to gain access to the iPhone contacts. This must be confirmed with Yes.
Important!
When using the app for the first time, access to the contacts must be permitted. The WiFi connection can only be established if the PC / laptop and the iPhone are connected to the same network. Some Internet security software also prevents the iDevice Manager from establishing a connection to the app. In this case, the iDevice Manager must be entered in the firewall as a trustworthy application.

How can I save Windows 11/10 contacts as a vCard file (*.vcf) on the PC?


  1. Import the Windows 11/10 contacts into iDevice Manager as described above.
  2. Simply mark the contacts that should be transferred to the iPhone.
  3. To export all Windows 11/10 contacts as a *.vcf file, mark the any contact and then press the key combination Ctrl + A.

  2. First import the contacts into the iDevice Manager.
  3. Mark the Windows contacts that should be transferred to your Dropbox backup.
  4. Click the sub menu entry "Dropbox" in menu "Transfer".
