Not much of a chance to see uploading to IPhone tones or music. Seems to be a nice app to have.

continually disconnects while I am trying to work with. Restored IPhone in ITunes which took the name back to the original name. When reconnected only sees the newer name. Can not look into the older name to pull ibooks out. apparently I have lost all my ibooks and I down loaded your product to attempt to find them. no joy.

Your software has been an absolute saver .. it has allow me to regain data from my families phones on the last couple years, Most importantly after my Grandson passed, we were able to get irreplaceable pic's numbers and messages from his phone.. All this allowed the grieving progress s of his mother to be lessened because of the data recovered.
Thanks for being there when we needed it. I'll continue to use you application ..

iDevice manager has allowed me to save all of the text messages in a useable form that I have been saving on my iPhone because Apple provides no useable way to back these up. Not only did it allow me to back up the text - but also attachments as well! With all of the other features - this will be my number one "go to" app when I need to maintenance my iPhone or achieve something lacking in the iTunes software.

I like the functionality of the apps intended purpose however the app is incredibly slow to start and sync with the iPhone. I have the free version and not sure if this is corrected on the "Pro" version but based on this one I can't give it more than 3 stars. Let me just say the functionality of the app when running is pretty cool and gives you a lot of control to manage and even operate your iPhone from your desktop.
