User ratings of the iDevice Manager

The software looks to be fine. However when you wish to buy the upgrade, the after sales falls short. Promised the upgrade key by a certain date and still not got it even though I payed it 5 days ago via Paypal. Will now cancel the purchase via Paypal because if thats the after sales service for a simple upgrade key, what is it like if you have some serious issues.
