This software has the best interface of any device manager I've seen. It's very plug and go as well, which is great.

Thank you. I think it might have issues with IOS 7.x for iPad2. It is unable to read the entire file system. I could not find the iPad File Manager application and its sub-directories.

Highly unstable software. Does not even stay connected to the device as it constantly keeps disconnecting it is impossible to get anything done with it.

Windows reports a fatal error in the communication between the iTunes / iDevice software components and the Microsoft .NET Framework, which is used by the iDevice Manager. Start the program again.
