Nice tool, actually the only one that allowed me to transfer data from my iPhone X to my Windows 10 PC. For some reason, the direct way or via iTunes did not work but iDevice Manager did.

very useful tool helping me to organize in particular the images taken with my iPhone. Personally I think that iTunes is not well-suited for that purpose as it tries to keep everything in the Mac-world
